case, this popular and impressive second course contains deliciously
creamy fillets of cod cooked with pineapple chunks and mandarin orange

Hainanese Nasi Ayam
~ Succulent roast chicken with fragrant rice, cucumber and sauces made
from blended chillies, soya, ginger, garlic and lime juice ~ served with
a clear chicken soup
Claypot
~ Chicken, pork, Chinese green leaf
spinach, prawns, tomato, and dried mushrooms topped with beansprouts,
simmered in a claypot, flavoured with chicken stock and soya, and served
with rice
Udang Tempura
~ Tiger prawns crisply fried in light batter with their tails and
accompanied by sautéed potatoes, Chinese greens and julienne carrots,
with a chilli dip
Penang Lobster (Additional £15) ~ Succulent whole lobster baked
with a piquant sambal sauce. Served with parotta quarters, pan fried
asparagus, mangetout and sautéed parsnips. A truly regal dish of
outstanding flavour and aroma.
