tamarind rice and lime slices for that extra zing.

Thair Satham ~ Refreshingly cool yoghurt rice served with
ladies fingers cooked with red onions and tamarind in mandi style.
Accompanied by delicious acar ~ a cucumber and carrot pickle, aubergines
and appalam.
Nasi Sayur
~ Fragrant Malay stir-fried vegetable rice with fine beans, carrots,
sweetcorn and other seasonal vegetables.
Hokkien Kway Teow ~ Flat rice noodles stir-fried with toufu,
beansprouts, mushrooms, and Chinese greens.
Vegetable Claypot
~ A delicious claypot of toufu, dried mushrooms, bamboo shoots,
water chestnuts, carrots, tomatoes, beansprouts and pak choi ~ all
slowly cooked in their natural juices in a traditional claypot served
with coconut rice.
