The Raffles Experience gives you the opportunity to explore the varied cuisines of Malaysian Malays, Mandarin Chinese and Tamil Indians complemented with the Singapore Sling, fine wines and liqueurs.

Begin your Raffles experience with the legendary Singapore Sling. Created in 1915, the Singapore Sling is an inimitable combination comprising refreshing dry gin, warm and spicy Cherry Heering, tangy lemon juice, a drop of grenadine and a film of Benedictine floated on the ice to provide a truly memorable and heavenly cocktail.

You will be served nibbles, Kueh Pie Tee, delicious top hats filled with tasty chicken and vegetables

Our four course dinner is designed to provide you with an elegant and balanced meal whilst allowing you to roam between the menus to establish your preferences and create the dinner for your occasion ~ from spicy to mild and light to full bodied dishes.

Choose half a bottle of either Palena Sauvignon Blanc or Castillo de Clavijo Rioja Crianza to go with your four course dinner.

Continue your feast with one of our enjoyable desserts with a glass

of Miranda Raisined Muscat dessert wine.

Coffee with Remy Martin VSOP or a liqueur coffee or a Singapore Sling
